How long is the order processing time?

We will process your order within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. If you have any enquiries regarding your order, kindly write to us at cs@adorns.com with your Order Number.

How do I make an exchange?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If products purchased from Adorns do not meet your expectation, you may return it with the packing slip within 7 days of received for a full refund. Returned products must be new, unused, non-open and contain all original packing and accessories (in case if any). Returning a product to us that is not resalable condition will be returned at consumer’s expense. In addition, should you find the good received are not what you ordered / or in bad conditions (such as broken or being opened), you must notify us (as contact information listed below) within 7 days after received.  Please follow these steps to return your purchase to us: • Pack your item(s) in original packing • Include all original packing materials and accessories (if any) • Include the packing slip/ gift receipt/ invoice sent with shipping confirmation, we will not accept return without packing slip or receipt • Send the return back to address listed below: Unit 1703, Tower 2, Enterprise Square, 9 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay HONG KONG For proof of delivery, you must use a traceable carrier or delivery method.  You can also personally deliver the goods to our address mentioned. You are responsible for all shipping charge except in the case that the return is the result of our error.
